早上锻炼瘦身操 45分钟 练完后真是汗流浃背 不过..一个字.爽.
晚上原地跑步30分钟,今天是实施跑步的第二天,感觉没有昨天跑的累..而且时间过的挺快的.可能是一边跑一边看我喜欢的电视新白娘子传奇才会感觉时间过的飞快吧.呵….睡觉前甩手臂,各50下.加油,我看好你哦.

睡觉前甩手臂,各50下.
第二天起来感觉全身都酸痛.这就是没有经常锻炼的原故.身体柔韧度不够..所以后要多加练习.不要人偷懒哦..呵.~~
