i really wanna lose a lot !!! my current weight is still 82 kg, of course not losing at all, on the contrary i kinda feel i am gaining more weight every minute!!

well, starting tomorrow, i am gonna take full advantage of this website!!!
i will eat something like oatmeal in the morning or maybe apple; and lunch, i will eat some vegies!! but we don't have much right now. they are all from china town, chinese food are really scaring all the people here, i have to be cautious, so i can't eat all the chinese food from the fridge.
besides i am gonna be out next week.
(sigh~~) i guess i will just eat oatmeal and apples!!!
and i am definitely running tomorrow morning!!!
