I just realised that I cannot drive myself to diet if losing weight is the sole target.  委屈

How I successfully lose weight last time?  I wasn't thinking of anything about weight loss or diet at all.  I just wanted to save money.  It had been successful more than a year.  I started to buy snack from the time I got a slight salary rise.  I thought I could spend a little bit more so I buy snacks again. 嘿嘿

So now

I save money if I don't buy snack myself.  And I avoid having people's snacks because it means that you have to buy snacks back for them at some point.公牛

Actually, it's a fact that I need to save more money from now on so that I can return my parents mortgage loan.  Until hen I can go bck to Australia and get married.害羞

Hope I get married at 30, only two years left.  The target amount is hard to reach but I believe that I can make it, saving here and there, bit by bit. 强

Will not track what I eat from now on.  It doesn't work for me.  Saving money is a good way to lose weight though.大笑

Nevertheless, I will keep this page to track my weight. 哈哈大笑
